Action compatibility
This action is compatible with all devices with an Azure Device registration.
Action Description
Azure Device registrations are an integral part of device compliance. Without a valid or compliant device registration, the device may be unable to access company resources and/or perform logins with the user's corporate identity.
When to use this action
Managed Intune device registration or managed app registrations may accidentally associate with previously registered Azure device entries. This may cause compliance issues, leading to device issues. Deleting the linked Azure device registration will force the device to re-register on Azure, producing a new clean Azure device registration record.
