Functionality Description
When searching for devices or users in the Helpdesk area, each physical device will be represented in a separate column with a designated Device Health column. Before EndpointOps displays the devices from Intune/Azure, it will rigorously test their properties against unusual or unhealthy values. The Device Health-cell will output the results of the tests. If nothing is found, it will display
. Otherwise, it will provide a summary of all findings.
Typical findings are:
- ManagedDevice.ManagementState is retired, wiped, or otherwise unusual
- ManagedDevice.AadRegistered is unset or empty
- ManagedDevice.ComplianceState is not compliant or empty
- ManagedDevice.FreeStorageSpaceInBytes is low
- ManagedDevice.EnrolledDateTime is less than an hour ago (the device may still be enrolling)
- ManagedDevice.LastSyncDateTime is old or empty
Findings are segregated into warnings (in yellow) and errors (in red). They are displayed like this:
