Functionality Description

When searching for devices or users in the Helpdesk area, each physical device will be represented in a separate column with a designated Device Health column. Before EndpointOps displays the devices from Intune/Azure, it will rigorously test their properties against unusual or unhealthy values. The Device Health-cell will output the results of the tests. If nothing is found, it will display 2023-11-13_18-38-47.png. Otherwise, it will provide a summary of all findings.

Typical findings are:

  • ManagedDevice.ManagementState is retired, wiped, or otherwise unusual
  • ManagedDevice.AadRegistered is unset or empty
  • ManagedDevice.ComplianceState is not compliant or empty
  • ManagedDevice.FreeStorageSpaceInBytes is low
  • ManagedDevice.EnrolledDateTime is less than an hour ago (the device may still be enrolling)
  • ManagedDevice.LastSyncDateTime is old or empty

Findings are segregated into warnings (in yellow) and errors (in red). They are displayed like this:
