Action compatibility
This action is compatible with Windows, iOS, MacOS, and Android (Device administrator and personally owned work profile only) if they are MDM enrolled on Intune.
Action Description
The Sync device action forces the selected device to check in with Intune immediately. When a device checks in, it immediately receives any pending actions or policies assigned to it. This feature can help you validate and troubleshoot policies you've assigned immediately without waiting for the next scheduled check-in.
