3. Helpdesk Role

The helpdesk role enables helpdesk supporters convenient access to user account and device information in 1:1 support situations. After searching for account or device information (like username or device serial number), EndpointOps will request various account and device information from AzureAD/Microsoft Entra and Intune and run various health checks. The interface will then display the health summary or suggestions based on the information retrieved and allow performing remote actions using AzureAD/Microsoft Entra and/or Intune for troubleshooting or operational service request-based tickets.
