Action compatibility

Depending on the operating system and enrolment method, this request either removes/resets the device-level passcode or the work profile passcode. See the below compatibility matrix for better guidance.

Action Description

Passcode resets or removals come in many different forms and depend highly on the device's operating system and version, and also on the enrolment method used. 

When to use this action?

The main purpose is the removal of the device's PIN code if the user forgot it.
